SWINC Rocket Review Terms of Service

Rocket Review provides tools that may allow businesses to:

• Manage customer information
• Request customer reviews and feedback
• Send email and SMS review requests
• Track review-request activity
• Manage review destinations
• Monitor aspects of their online reputation
• Automate related customer communications

Features may be added, changed, limited, or discontinued as the service develops.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting your login credentials.

You are responsible for activity conducted through your account and for ensuring that authorized team members use Rocket Review appropriately.

You must promptly notify SWINC Marketing if you believe an account or credential has been compromised.

Businesses may upload or enter information about their customers into Rocket Review.

The business remains responsible for the accuracy and lawful collection and use of that information.

By submitting customer information to Rocket Review, you represent that you have the legal authority to process the information and use it for the communications you initiate through the platform.

Rocket Review may provide tools for sending email and SMS communications.

Businesses using these features are responsible for complying with applicable communications, privacy, consumer-protection, and telecommunications requirements.

Businesses must obtain and maintain any consent required to contact customers.

You may not use Rocket Review to send spam, unsolicited marketing messages, deceptive communications, or messages to recipients who have withdrawn applicable consent.

Participating businesses may use Rocket Review to send customer review requests, reminders, service-related communications, or other communications permitted by their configured messaging program.

Message frequency varies.

Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

Recipients may reply STOP to opt out of future messages from the applicable messaging program.

Recipients may reply HELP for assistance.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Businesses using Rocket Review's SMS features must honor applicable opt-out requests and may not attempt to circumvent Rocket Review's suppression or unsubscribe mechanisms.

SMS functionality may depend on registration, verification, approval, and continued acceptance by telecommunications carriers and messaging providers.

Businesses agree to provide accurate information required for messaging registration and compliance.

SWINC Marketing does not guarantee approval of any A2P 10DLC brand, campaign, phone number, messaging use case, or other carrier registration.

SMS functionality may remain disabled or restricted until required registrations are approved.

Businesses are responsible for ensuring that their use of Rocket Review complies with the rules and policies of review platforms they direct customers to.

Rocket Review may not be used to create fake reviews, impersonate customers, manipulate reviews unlawfully, or otherwise engage in fraudulent review activity.

SWINC Marketing does not guarantee that a customer will leave a review or that any review will be positive.

You may not use Rocket Review to:

• Violate applicable law
• Send unlawful or unauthorized communications
• Harass or threaten recipients
• Distribute malware or malicious content
• Attempt unauthorized access to Rocket Review or another user's account
• Interfere with the operation or security of the service
• Misrepresent your identity or business
• Circumvent messaging opt-outs or suppression controls
• Generate fraudulent, deceptive, or manipulated reviews

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, recipients, providers, carriers, Rocket Review, or the public.

Certain Rocket Review functionality may require a paid subscription.

Pricing, included usage, billing frequency, and applicable limits will be presented when purchasing or activating a plan.

Third-party messaging, carrier, payment-processing, or other usage charges may apply depending on the services selected.

Failure to maintain an active subscription or satisfy applicable payment requirements may result in restricted functionality.

Rocket Review relies on third-party services for certain functionality, which may include authentication, hosting, email delivery, SMS delivery, payments, review platforms, and other integrations.

Availability of these features may depend on the applicable third-party provider.

We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, account restrictions, or other circumstances caused solely by third-party providers outside our reasonable control.

We work to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Rocket Review may be updated periodically to improve functionality, security, compliance, or performance.

We may suspend or terminate access for material violations of these Terms, unlawful activity, abuse of messaging services, security threats, nonpayment, or conduct that creates material risk to Rocket Review or its service providers.

Users may discontinue use of Rocket Review subject to applicable subscription and billing terms.

Rocket Review is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.

SWINC Marketing does not guarantee specific review counts, ratings, customer responses, revenue increases, search rankings, messaging delivery rates, or other business outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SWINC Marketing will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of Rocket Review.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

We may update these Terms as Rocket Review changes or as legal, carrier, provider, or regulatory requirements evolve.

Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of Rocket Review after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
